We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from THREEFACES. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be in their original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase. We'll provide you with a return label and instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
